We operate 24/7 to provide emergency assistance when you need it most. Our service area covers Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and surrounding areas within the National Capital Region. Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to refuse service in certain circumstances, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, illegal activities, or when providing service would violate applicable laws or regulations. We may also decline service if payment cannot be secured or if the vehicle poses a safety risk to our personnel or equipment.
3. Service Requests and Booking
Service requests can be made through our website, by phone, or through our mobile application. When requesting service, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, vehicle information, location, and specific service requirements.
We will confirm your service request and provide an estimated arrival time based on current conditions and our availability. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual arrival times may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.
You must be present at the service location when our team arrives, or ensure that someone authorized to act on your behalf is available. If no one is present when we arrive, we may charge a cancellation fee and reschedule the service at your expense.
4. Payment Terms and Pricing
All services are subject to payment at the time of service or as otherwise agreed upon. Our pricing is based on various factors including distance, vehicle type, service complexity, and time of day. We will provide a price estimate before commencing work, but final charges may vary based on actual circumstances encountered.
We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments. Payment must be made in full before we release your vehicle. We reserve the right to hold your vehicle until payment is received in full, and may charge additional storage fees for extended holds.
Prices are subject to change without notice, and we may implement surge pricing during peak hours, holidays, or emergency situations. Any additional services requested during the course of work will be charged at our current rates. We will provide clear pricing information for all services before proceeding.
5. Customer Responsibilities and Obligations
As a customer, you are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and service needs, ensuring the vehicle is accessible for towing, and cooperating with our service personnel. You must also ensure that the vehicle is not loaded with hazardous materials or illegal substances.
You are responsible for removing personal belongings from your vehicle before towing, as we cannot be held liable for items left in the vehicle. We recommend taking photographs of your vehicle's condition before and after service for your records. You must also ensure that the vehicle is properly secured and accessible.
If your vehicle requires special handling due to modifications, damage, or other factors, you must inform us in advance. Failure to disclose such information may result in additional charges or service delays. You are also responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is legally registered and insured.
6. Liability and Insurance
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during towing and transportation, we cannot guarantee that damage will not occur. Our liability is limited to the actual value of the vehicle or the cost of repairs, whichever is less, subject to the terms of our insurance coverage.
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our operations, but this coverage has limitations and exclusions. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any claims for damage must be reported immediately and documented with photographs.
You agree to release us from liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or emotional distress. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel a service request at any time before our team arrives at your location. Cancellations made more than 30 minutes before the estimated arrival time are free of charge. Cancellations made within 30 minutes of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If we are unable to provide service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, road closures, or equipment failure, we will not charge a cancellation fee and will work with you to reschedule the service at a convenient time. We will provide as much notice as possible for such cancellations.
Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method. Refunds are subject to verification of the cancellation circumstances and may be reduced by any costs already incurred by our company. We reserve the right to deny refunds for services that were provided as requested.
8. Prohibited Activities and Misuse
You agree not to use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. This includes but is not limited to transporting illegal goods, using our services to commit crimes, or providing false information to obtain services. We reserve the right to refuse service and report suspicious activities to law enforcement.
You must not interfere with our service personnel, equipment, or operations. This includes providing false information, attempting to manipulate our pricing, or engaging in behavior that creates a safety risk for our employees or other customers. Violation of these terms may result in immediate service termination and legal action.
You are prohibited from using our website or services to transmit harmful code, spam, or other malicious content. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our website's functionality. Any such activities will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Delhi Towing Service or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
